  • What needs to be done in preparation?

    Vacuuming before carpet repair or cleaning services can be helpful! Our technicians will move furniture, with the exception of pianos, entertainment centers, and beds. We also can't move anything with breakables on it, so make sure to move your picture frames, lamps, knick-knacks, etc. We'll move your couches, chairs, and dining room tables side to side and clean underneath them, then leave them on a foam block when we leave.

  • How far in advance should I call to schedule?

  • What is your coverage area?

    We're West Michigan based, with offices in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Muskegon, Holland, Kalamazoo, and Battle Creek. We do have a standard fuel charge, and a trip charge for more outlying areas.   • Do you use any dangerous chemicals?

    All the products we use are citrus-based, safe for your kids and pets, as well as the environment. We leave your carpet at a neutral position—not too acidic, and not too much on the alkaline side.   • What is your process for duct cleaning?

    For duct cleaning, we'll come in and take off all your register covers, then use a truck-mounted vacuum system and go down each register with a hard bristle brush that spins and scrapes all the dust from the inside of the duct. We clean all the way down to the furnace, but not the furnace at this time. We include an odor neutralizer, which makes it so you don't smell that stale dust smell. We put your register covers back on and that's it!

  • Can I adjust my appointment after scheduling?

    Upon arrival, you may realize that you forgot about the basement needing a carpet repair or maybe that the couch should be cleaned as well. No worries! We can add or subtract any services that are needed or not needed. We allow time for adjustments between appointments.

  • Do you handle water issues?
